The accusative, without a preposition, is often used as a limit of motion. This use includes persons as well as places and things. E. g. A 139, “ὅν κεν ἵκωμαι”, ‘to whomsoever I come.’ So A 240, “υἷας”. A 317, “οὐρανόν”.
