The late Fugitive slave excitement in Chicago.

--Nine of those persons engaged in the rescue of the slave girl Eliza, at Chicago, last week, including the Justice who issued the warrant for the arrest of the girl, for a breach of the peace by the United States Marshal, and the Deputy Sheriff who served the warrant, have been indicted in the U. S. District Court for violation of the Fugitive Slave Law.
