Agrăphou Metallou Graphé

ἀγράφου μετάλλου γραφή). An action brought before the
thesmothetae at Athens, against an individual who worked a mine without having previously
registered it. The state required that all mines should be registered, because the
twenty-fourth part of their produce was payable to the public treasury.
