Unfortunate affair in Warrenton. --An unfortunate difficulty occurred in the town of Warrenton on Wednesday last, between Col. J. E. Seruggs and Mr. A. J. Palli, resulting in the death of the latter, after lingering for about twenty-four hours. We have no particulars, save that it was entirely a case of self- defence. On the evidence Col.
