Very Beautiful and well located private Dwelling, on the South side of between 10th and 11th streets, for sale. --At the request of Mr. W. A. Armistead, [who is about to remove to the country.] we are authorized to sell his valuable private Dwelling, located as above. This dwelling was built about three years ago, and no expense spared to make it complete in every respect. It has 10 rooms. besides kitchen of 6 rooms, large stable and carriage-house with servants' room above.
